@Mz iMac: We must be related. See my post to Drythe. During the holidays I would stay up with my Mom until 2am baking cakes. We were so tired but afterwards would watch TCM movies and munch on the failures. We would sleep a couple of hours and get back up and get started with more baking.Precious memories. Southern Bee

@Drythe, Please let us all know if you ever get it !!! My family's the same way and I live up North. I guess cousins are the same no matter were you live - LOL !!!!

Pepperidge Farm Frozen Coconut Layer Cake is the closest to the cake from scratch taste that I remember.
My grandmother used to always have a Pepperidge Farm cake in her fridge.
Loved the Coconut. Sisters and I consider them a "tradition" now when we get together for dinner and we chuckle. Grammy B was the best!
