I am so glad you and your husband liked this recipe. I have tried her Greek shrimp, but had to make without mint...husband is not a fan of mint. Sigh. But even w/o mint, very good. We have it with Naan bread to soak up that sauce. Mmm.

 

I also have used her shrimp taco recipe, which is very easy. Love the avocado salsa. I am lucky to have a neighbor who provides us with homemade tortillas her mother makes. Oh my...so good.

 

I like the Once Upon a Chef site because her recipes are usually quick, easy and delish.

@kate2357  No mint for us either.

I will check out the shrimp taco recipe. I love the shrimp tacos at the Florida restaurant chain, Bahama Breeze.
