I got this recipe off FB & made it & it is delicious. It takes exactly like a cinnamon roll. FYI - It is not low cal at all (although I did use fat free skim milk as it was all I had - ha ha) but it would be good for a large brunch. It is not something I would make all the time but one of those things that is good every now & then.

CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

CAKE:

3 c. flour

1/4 tsp. salt

3 c. sugar

4 tsp. baking powder

1 1/2 c. milk

2 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted

TOPPING:

1 c. unsalted butter, softened

1 c. brown sugar

2 Tb. flour

1 Tb. cinnamon

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar

5 Tb. milk

1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake ingredients together except for melted butter. Add melted butter & pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Mix topping ingredients together till well combined. Drop evenly over the batter & swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 for 28-32 minutes. I baked mine for 32 minutes & it was nowhere near done. I set the timer for 10 minutes & then 15 minutes more which I think was about 5 minutes too much. The cake was okay to eat but next time I think I would bake it about 50 minutes & then check after that. Remove cake from oven & set on a cooling rack. Mix glaze ingredients together & drizzle over warm cake. I think this would probably serve 10 people or more depending on the size of squares you cut. It is really delicious. I hope you like it.
