Best Dish 🥗🍗🥩🧇🍜🍝

The cookbook post made me wonder, what is your best dish. Not necessarily the most complicated , but the dish that everyone ( or just you ) that you make it for loves and it always turns out great. I make a quiche that I always get requests for, how about you ?

The dish that my Grandson always requests is Ambrosia.

Fruit, miniature marshmallows, sour cream etc.  Oh, lots of marichino cherries.

Crustless Spinach Quiche.  It never fails and my little grandsons are wild about it too!

Spice-rubbed barbecued ribs.  Start them in the smoker (2 hrs) and finish them wrapped in foil in the oven (2 hrs).

@ChiliPepper They are big in PA Dutch country. They look like mini tomatillos. Some people make jam with them, but I only make pies. Below are pics:
