No, but I'm willing to give it a try.

@butterfly123  It sounds good so let's call it a "recipe" not a hack!  It deserves better!  LOL!!!

@butterfly123 : Great idea but for me, this product is sold out locally and in many other places on line. DH loves the blueberry muffin mix. My substitute will be making blueberry muffins with frozen blueberries and cake mix and will freeze the extra muffins. Southern Bee

Yes, I’ve been doing this for many years with the blueberry and apple cinnamon mixes.   We are not huge pancake eaters, so one mix is plenty for 4 of us, since we only want 1 pancake each.

Yuck who eats flavored pancakes? Not me. I only make homemade regular old fluffy pancakes.

Re: Has Anyone Tried This Pancake Mix Hack?

I haven't tried it, but I did see this idea somewhere recently.  Of course, I forgot all about it.  No matter, hubby doesn't eat pancakes.  I love breakfast for dinner, but he doesn't even want that.  I just won't spend the time cooking breakfast for breakfast.   If I made them for dinner when DH was away, I would have to freeze most of them for later.  But, usually when he's not around, I just forage for dinner.  Looks good though.
