@Calibeach @mare54  Along the lines of caprese salad, caprese salad bites - a mini mozzarella cheese ball, a basil leaf and a grape tomato drizzled with balsamic glaze. Skewer on a toothpick or cocktail sword and these make nice nibbles or appetizers. I like to take them to Wolf Trap to munch on with a glass of wine and some other goodies.

Its good over strawberries--I do that and saw that suggestion from a post here. Pizza is another one and over fresh mozzarella and toms and basil. Some sort of a chicken dish? Maybe in a salad dressing--love the stuff!!
