I actually prefer to get bone in pork chops. But either way, I often just season them to my liking and then cook them in the air fryer at 400 degrees. Takes about 7 or 8 minutes on the first side, and a bit less on the other side. May need to increase the time for really thick chops. They always come out juicy
I also will cut the boneless pork chops into thin strips and toss them in a bowl with some cornstarch, soy sauce and about a tablespoon of Chinese wine. Let them sit while I cut up the rest of the veggies for a stir fry. For my sauce I use 2-3 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a some garlic chili paste if I want a little spice. I also add a splash of sesame oil. Sometimes I use noodles and make the stir fry with the pork, veggies and noodles. It is really good. I finish it with a splash of sesame oil, green oinions and some toasted seame seeds.

I just made 2 boneless pork chops tonight.
I heated a frying pan on high heat with a bit of oil and put in the chops, til they were brown on each side.
Then I lowered the heat to medium for a few more minutes on each side til the meat was white inside.
That's it, simple and quick.

Easy-No Mess-Tender Pork Chops....I think I got this recipe here a long time ago. I usually like bone in chops but this recipe works with either type.
4 pork chops
1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning
8 tablespoons of butter (or less)
8 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Tear off a generous square of aluminum foil for each pork chop, enough to wrap and seal completely. Coat both sides of each chop with lemon pepper seasoning. Put 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in middle of each square of foil. Put the peppered chops on top of butter and oil. Then put another tablespoon of butter and olive oil on top of each. Add one teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce over top of each chop. Wrap chop tightly and place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 35 minutes. (Place chops on baking pan or dish in case packages leak.)
*** I don't think this recipe has to be exact. Sometimes I only put one tablespoon of butter on chop or I split the tablespoon for less butter. I have also baked at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.

I have nothing original to say.................LOL........I use Shake N Bake or brown on stovetop and finish cooking in oven on low heat (like a slow cooker)

I season them with garlic salt and pepper, then brown them for about 5 minutes on each side. Slice a large onion and place the slices on top of the chops, then add about an inch of water to the pan. Cover, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 30 minutes. Yummy!

@speedy girl wrote:Delicious in the crock pot too. Just cook them slow with a can of cream of mushroom soup and they come out nice and tender.
I like to do that and sometimes add some dry onion soup mix.

Pork chops in the slow cooker or crock pot are always fork tender. Place the chops in the slow cooker, season with salt/pepper/garlic powder, sprinkle Lipton dry onion soup over the top of them; mix cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup water and pour over everything. Cook on high for 1 hour and then turn to low for about 3 hours or until fork tender. Serve the "gravy" over egg noodles, baked potatoes, or mashed potatoes, and over the pork chops as well.

I make thick boneless pork chops somewhat regularly. I season them with a homemade dry rub and grill them in my Ninja.
