So good!!! I served tonight, family in town for thanksgiving & I had a big dinner tonight.
Because some are vegetarians, I skipped the bacon & cheese. Lots of compliments

I have made similar salads like this but your dressing was a new one.

 

I used it on Thanksgiving and it was just delicious w/ the Maple Syrup!

 

Thanks for sharing...that dressing esp. is a keeper!

I received many requests for that recipe from the potluck.  I was impressed by the fact it was such a "pretty" salad and really easy once you roasted the yam.

Sounds like a winner!  

I’ll swap out the bacon for my favorite salad nut, toasted sliced almonds.

I have collected tons of dressing recipes.  I don't buy store bottles much anymore.

 

But I don't think I have ever had one calling for maple syrup!
