@Mom2Dogs

I use Pam "Baking" Spray and go a little heavier with spray.

They do not stick and only fill 3/4 or just below rim.

I put on cookie sheet to bake.  Yes, I've even made mini upside down pineapple cake in them (minus cherry - I add that after)

These are the styles I have bought at HomeGoods and Michaels many years ago.

I bought a 6" springform pan to make cheescake in my instant pot. Works really well.

@homedecor1   Thank you for the visual!  My pan is self contained...there are for singles in the pan.  Guess I'll pull it out and use it.  Thank you.

I'm new working with mini loaf pans and wondering how much do you fill them and how long do you bake?  I tried a lemon cake once and it spilled over and the bottom was burnt.  Help please!!

Re: 6 Inch Cake Pan - Great for Small Recipes!

Thank you all for this thread!

I love to bake cakes and decorate but like many of you, can't finish a large cake.

I appreciate the pics and suggestion of the Daddio Pans!

In my AMZ wish list and 2 sites with recipes flagged!

I only bake from scratch so I appreciate those sites.

Wegman's has the cutest 6" cakes but they are so expensive...I always think I need to figure this out...and now with your help, I have!

I use this one quite often..I find it's the perfect size🙂 Made by Wilton - I've had it many years but "A" sells them.

Thanks for the pic...do you then freeze them or are you able to finish all the mini bundts?

What size recipe do you use to fill the six mini bundts?  Are you using the 6" size recipe of batter or larger?

TIA!
