Philosophy face wash also didn't agree with my skin. Dr. Denese hydroshield seemed to break me out as well. Laura Geller spackle was another no for me, more breakouts.
This is an interesting thread, as when I anwered the thread about what I loved, there were many, many things. This thread has made me realize the majority of what hasn't worked out has been beauty related.
I would have to agree with you that a lot of beauty items come to mind for me, too! The Laura Gellar Bronze & Brighten was way, way, way too dark on my very fair skin. Since then, she has come out with a lighter version, but I don't care to try it. On the other hand, I know there are others who love this product. Not me, obviously. Also, the Philosophy Purity Made Simple burns my eyes. I had to make sure that I didn't use it at all around my eyes or they would become very irritated. Others love this product and use nothing else. It is obviously not a good cleanser for me, as I can't use it to remove any eye makeup. I never tried the Bare Minerals powders because it just seemed way too messy for me.
You ladies bring to mind another product---a beauty item--- Mine was IT Cosmetics mascara....it made my eyes burn never had a problem with any mascara even cheap drug store brands....![]()

Tap lights in the 90's-----tossed those worthless things out
those crab cakes--gag me
a few pairs of d & co black jeans that smelled to high heaven. from the dye

a pair of Earth shoes that had a bottom so slick, i slipped down a few steps to the floor in my house.
I'm sure there is more.......

Peter Thomas Roth facial masks. I purchased a kit of six of them......expensive! They did absolutely nothing for me.....total waste of money.

The worst was a pair of cute shoes...flat clog style. I fell a few times while wearing them and was wondering what was wrong with me.
I didn't put two and two together that it was the shoes that were making me fall until I fell and broke my ankle.
I then posted a review on QVC with a warning. The review was deleted.

Years ago -- Wen (absolutely terrible for my hair and scalp).
Recently -- Bali Comfort Revolution Ultralite Bra, set of 2 (had zero support for any cup size over a small B (felt and looked like a very thin piece of laser cut spandex found in a dollar store).

I had wanted to try these for years, and just have never purchased. Years, ago at Christmas a co-worker brought some in for the group. I could not wait to try. I thought they were awful, I truly do not understand how so many of these chalk tasting cookies sell, but as someone else mentioned earlier...to each his own.

I purchased these as well a few years back. It was a set of four or five. It was my first and last purchase from VPH. I thought they were cheaply made, and I could have picked up the same, in Big Lots for a better price.

Those frosted candle hurricanes were AWFUL....I couldnt believe the lack of quality control...... Even worse then the lighted Christmas ornaments with dried glue over the front of some of them....
Now to be fair I have purchased some very nice items from Valerie too...but it seems its hit or miss....
I buy more of my seasonal decor at other places.....
