QF tops that stretched out around bottom, JTB cinnamon rolls were hard as rocks, set of 5 flameless candles quit working after few months.
I'm sure more good than bad though.

Like the OP, I purchased the Super Smile toothpaste and after using it for just a few days it irritated my gums so badly that it took a few weeks for my gums to feel normal.  I realized that it was just too harsh for me.

I'm hesitant to say this because I know that VPH is a favorite of many here but I received a few items from her shows that were so inferior that I would have been ashamed to display them.  One time I ordered a set of small birds and one bird arrived without a beak and the other one didn't have an eye.   Even though I was so annoyed that I spent the money for this junk, I still couldn't help but laugh at how stupid they looked.  I didn't even bother to send them back.  I just tossed them.  

I'm sure there were some other items that I didn't like once they arrived but all in all I've been pretty happy with most of my purchases, especially the ones that I purchased when QVC was still in it's infancy.

For me it was the Space Bags, where you use a vacuum cleaner hose to remove the air.

After putting the cap on, it wouldn't hold the seal, and air would seep in.

I bought some doodads that were supposed to help you make a perfect pie crust.

DISASTROUS.

I also bought a 13"x9" LocknLock pan: the locks would not attach properly. It was too late to send it back. Never again!

A great big bottle of Purity (Philosophy) something or other to wash your face & makeup off. I just remember it was pale yellowish in color, but don't remember if it was the bottle that was pale yellow or if the product made the bottle look a pale yellow. It was so irritating on my face.

Also, once I ordered the wrong IT foundation compact but tried it anyway and it made me orange and sparkly.

A Nick Chavez product that was to make your hair shiny, it might have had the word "Hollywood" or "Star" or "Starlet" in it but not sure cause it was a few years ago. It stunk to high heaven.

Over a decade ago my husband gave me one of those solar-powered water-spouting birdbaths for my birthday.  It didn't work, even in the brightest sunlight.  Then the flimsy bowl cracked within days.  QVC wouldn't take it back - QVC's Customer Service rep said we had to contact the manufacturer.  Both hubby and I tried to contact the manufacturer for days and days.  They never answered their phone.  A couple weeks passed.  QVC continued to refuse to accept the return or refund our money because they said it was the manufacturer's problem.  We tossed the birdbath it in the trash.
