I realize QVC is working with less staff due to the pandemic but I have been getting my orders faster than before.  Thank you QVC!

I get frustrated at the inconsistency.  I'll have one order ship in 24 hours, then the next 5 or 6 days, then the next 2-3 days.  I don't understand what's going on and why the shipping times aren't similar.
