I made an order on Aug. 10, and I checked the status today, 8/14, and it said IN PROCESS.  4 days????   That has never happened to me before, so, I contacted customer service, via the chat.  Girl named Stacey, gave me no answer to my question, and left me hanging, so I had to end the chat.  WOW!!!  QVC has slipped to the bottom, in my mind.  The old saying   TOO BIG FOR YOUR BRITCHES might refer to QVC at this time.  Wish Mr. Segal still had the company, it was very good when he owned and operated it.  Sad sad sad.  I am a 25 plus years customer, and I went from many order a year, to now, only a few, and it is getting fewer and fewer by the day.Cat Sad

Usually, my orders always take 3 days, maybe 4, to ship.

 

I thought this was the 'norm'and I've shopped here for 21 years!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

So why didn't you call CR over the phone & asked to speak w/a supvisor?

Had this happen to me about 2 months ago. Order in process, in transit, whatever, to UPS. Never got there in 5 days. Called QVC. Rep told me that they can't do anything for NINE days. Thought that was ridiculous, so called Customer Service after a week with the tracking message unchanged. She reordered the item for me, and I receive it in a reasonable amount of time. This is the second time that this has happened to me. Years ago it was with a Laura Geller TSV. Never got to UPS. Could not reorder. I figured I wasn't meant to have it.

My orders seem to say they are in process for along time, but then I get them really fast, so it seems like there is a disconnect with the tracking info.

Four days in process isn't all that unusual, especially since one of those days since placing your order is a weekend day.  Sometimes things ship sooner, but not always.

@cubagal  I am sorry for the disappointment with this order. After checking on the order, it shows the order as loaded and will most likely show shipped by tomorrow.  I will make sure to pass along your feedback.

I placed an order on Saturday the 6th, and as of Friday the 12th, it still showed as "in process". Well, late Friday afternoon, guess what UPS delivered. LOL I got the shipping notice via email yesterday.

well it's better than Vera Bradley!!! I ordered on 8/4/16 a bday gift for this week .... Just shipped on 8/12 from GEORGIA warehouse via USPS/FedEx .... Schedule arrival 8/18/16 ....and I live in FL

 

must be walking here!!! I should have just drove to their warehouse and picked it up ... Of course, that's being sarcastic!

 

I actually when ordering from Q as they hardly use UPS anymore I get my orders fairly quick (less than 7 days).
