Happy for those who love the boot-cut, but they'll not be in my closet........I'm a straight-leg or skinny leg gal!! Boot and wider do absolutely nothing for my 5'4" 115lb body except cut my leg off.....I prefer the long lean look.....I need all the height help I can get!!

I love a boot cut. I am a hippy girl and I have junk in the trunk. Boot Leg cut looks really well on me.
I ordered this TSV.

From a personal viewpoint. Ihave known this for years. It is difficult to get the designers to listen and make straight cut pants..I am sick of seeing the models and hosts wear leggings and showing every bulge and ounce of cellulite..Mary Beth and Caroline Gracie are the only ones to wear proper fit pants...No matter your size, if you wear the right pants, you can look your best..I have never seen anyone look good in leggings..JMO

I have seen Caroyn Gracie wearing pants and tops that are too tight, in my opinion. I have always liked a boot cut pant and bought the TSV in black.

Same here...happy for those who like them, but I too am a skinny jean, straight leg, leggings kind of girl. I am 5'8", so it's not the height, but I just prefer the look.
I haven't really liked boot cut since I wore them in high school. I saw Amy Stran wearing Isaac's pants with her usual classic pump and I think she looks much better in a straight leg with that shoe especially....shows the shoe off more.
But, each to their own and think people should wear whatever style fits their body type the most.

No matter the body style, that curved silhouette is much more flattering. IMHO skinny jeans are not attractive on even the best body. 8 year old little girls = adorable. Grown men & women, not so much
I'll be glad when the skinny style goes the way of the Edsel.

Bradley Bayou was the first person I ever heard say...women with larger hips should never wear skinny pants. It is all about the ice cream cone silhouette - the tighter leg accentuates the larger top of the body!! The fuller leg balances and evens out the body!!! I think Leah, Jessica and Jackie look great in the TSV!!

Can't stand boot cut or wide legged pants. Saw and wore enough of them in the 60s and 70s to last me a lifetime. I'm not a fan of leggings or skin tight pants either. I want a nice straight legged pair of pants that cover my ankles. Don't want short, tight, above the ankle straight legs which make a person look shorter and dumpier.

The biggest plus of those styles coming in is that I can FINALLY wear boots over jeans - so I guess at times I'm actually hiding the fact that they are a jegging.
I do have some INC boot cut ponte pants that I admit make me look 10lbs lighter due to their proprotion. Variety is good.
I love INC ponte knit pants. I own four pair. I do have leggings and skinny pants but I wear long tunic length blouses or sweaters over them and I love the look with tall boots. I just can't wear skinny pants or leggings with cropped tops. Variety is good indeed.
