Thank you for the explanation @RescueLover.  I have been having problems with my deliveries this year, and now I know UPS is the issue.  All the packages have arrived eventually, but the notifications don't always match the actual delivery.

I was wondering why my packages were getting here quicker than before Christmas. Now I know. Thanks for the heads up. UPS to USPS was bad and sloooooow

@Krimpette. I had to smile as the opposite for me. If weather, cold, staffing shortage, substitutes and route changes are the norm my mail comes after dark. I have a long driveway also and usually wait until morning. I dont like things freezing, like cosmetics.

USPS HATE packages and one carrier said he got off my route because of that. They do most Amazon and small Q items for me. Larger boxes are UPS. I am lucky to have a nice UPS person. He is here no later than 3 pm, usually earlier.

I hope there won't be a problem returning items via the Post Office.   I returned an item yesterday.  QVC had sent the wrong item to me. I called and they told me what to do.  Hope it arrives OK.

Yes we can still send back returns through the post office @songbird 🤗

Supposedly the Labels if we received them are or were for either  UPS or USPS? That was my understanding. My UPS mail counter in a Hardware store has refused packages sending me to the PO which is more difficult to access.  I tried two times. Luckily, I do not return much, unless damaged or incorrect and Q's errors.
