It looks like some of the technical issues have still not been resolved. I tried to check the status of 2 of my orders and get a message that they are having "Technical Issues" and to try back later. Also, an order that was supposed to arrive today had no tracking info available as of yesterday (via USPS). QVC needs to employ a full time IT team that knows what they are doing and fix these issues. These "issues" are getting old. I feel sorry for the reps that are constantly having to deal with these issues and the customers.

Like people are saying in a another thread, the Q was probably hacked again and they are trying to fix things. Of course, they are not telling the customers about it.
