Yet another meaningless dribble amongst so many others.

A “so upscale” very plain fabric and design tote bag that looks like...a rather clod-ish tote bag. Utterly genderless and utterly without charm. But “so upscale.”

I don’t know what’s creepier - that they say this because they think it will impress people, or that it does impress some people.

My favorite is "you could add a couple zeroes to the price , if you bought it in a big dept store or boutique"

I'm trying to remember if there was ever a time when any of these annoying phrases might have motivated me to buy.

I cannot.

All of the emphasis on upscale and high end means nothing to me.  I drive around in a 30 year old Ford Ranger, so not sure I could convince anyone I live an "upscale" existance.

But, then, I don't really want or need to.

Which product were they selling? There's so much "upscale" stuff on the Q...

Haven’t heard it in a while, but “the Hamptons.”  We are not a bunch of hicks sitting home yearning to be like the rich people.

Ha, yeah, some of the word choices make me laugh - when I am actually watching QVC these days.

The questions is will I be able to use it on the Red Carpet?
