I have noticed this both on returns and orders. I checked on an order repeatedly and got no tracking available and a week later it is on my front porch. I just checked on a return that I left at post office a couple of days ago and again no tracking available! Is this the new norm or are they going to fix this?

I think someone was listening because I checked on my orders and I now have tracking going on. Thank you for correcting this problem and hope it stays fixed.

I never use Q's labels unless it is a bulky item. I print and buy priority mail postage at USPS.com. It includes tracking and delivery confirmation emails sent every time it's scanned by USPS. And priority mail is cheaper than Q's labels. Fyi, you won't get the discounts if you pay for priority mail at the store or post office.
I don't know where you live, but our post office scans all parcel post packages and every where the package is dropped it gets scanned. I can track my package on the USPS website from our local post office to the destination. I have never had a problem with returns as long as I used the prepaid label.

Forgot to say you need to copy your tracking number from the prepaid label to track your package.
