The 'distracting' nail art is a trend right now. Some of it is nice while others are not. Self expressive, not permanent and adventurous.

@courttalk I also know who you're referring to and it was the most disgusting spectacle. She is a crude classless individual and that was an all time low...even for her.

Sorry, i just couldn't think of what to call it, she always does it, it makes me crazy.

Its hard to know what is offensive today, people are so sensitive.

Don't worry about it, @Lostandscared . You're not responsible for what people choose to be offended by, especially these days.

Lol...yes, too much. We used to laugh at ourselves and all our "stereotypes", they became stereotypes because it really did apply to a bulk of whatever group. And it used to be a lighthearted poking fun at all our quirks, ethnic differences. Not anymore. Everything is not only an insult but a fight. And we've become a humorless culture over all of it. Not talking about bullying here, it's a thing, it's terrible, and due to many things maybe worse than ever.. But...we also always could tell the difference! Not now...no one is thinking for themselves, not teaching our kids to either.

All that aside...I'm Italian I'm not insulted at all! I was perplexed however. Did you mean this: 🤌 lol? "on one heel" no less? ha, clue me in. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

If I could "heart" you a hundred times, @amyb , I would!

I’m Italian too. I was born in Attimis, where we’re you born in Italia?

@Couns1  I was wondering what that was suppose to mean with the Italians.

I'm half-Italian, @Malcontent, on my Dad's side (from Amendola and Naples).

Anything detracting from the product should be avoided. OTOH, beautiful and tasteful nails can enhance the sale of jewelry.

I don't understand why any host wants to wear nails polish that is ugly, and if they don't know what's ugly, they better learn.
