I care about the time it takes for a return because I don't like having to keep track for a long time to see if my item was received. Then look at my credit card to see IF and when I got the credit. When I did use a lot of EZ pay it was a pain. Even when small amount of money it is still MY money. It won't break me but it is still $$ and I need it as much as QVC LOL
I don't use EZ pay anymore and that is one of the reasons. There are other reasons but this is about shipping.

Because the contract carrier the returns vendor hires for QVC returns move pkgs depending on volume. The won't move for a few pkgs. And, as ship costs increase, the minimum weight/#pkgs to move will increase delays.

I watched the return tracking and it took 10 days for my package to leave my state! It went to 3 different usps locatiions before it finally went on its way to South Carolina. Another package (returned because I ordered a Petite Small and received a Petite 1X) according to tracking sat at my Post office for a week! I saw today it finally moved to another usps still in my state! Talk about a slow boat to China!

Mail Innovations is no more than pony express. It's shipped by a company un-related to USPS. It goes where the third party company goes. Companies do not make trips unless it's profitable.
I'm sure Q (like most big retailers) has a contract with UPS, USPS, and Mail Innovations. These contracts reduce costs to Q by at least 50% to 70%.
Macy's surprised me this week. I had to return a pair of shoes. Within 1 hour of it being scanned by USP, I received and email saying my return had been processed. And it was a free return. It's the first time I had this happen with Macy's. This is similar to Amazon and a few other companies.

@OutOfTheBlue Do you not have the risk of someone in returns not crediting you on all of your returns by doing it that way? Just curious

@CalminHeart I use the QR code and take my items to the UPS store because it is so close to me. I usually received an email shortly thereafter from the Q telling me my return is in its way

What does Q charge for this? Is it the same as the label?
