I would not want to be in customer service right now. I feel sorry for them because it's not their fault. I think they changed too much too fast. They needed a big upgrade to their computer system with all these problems. For 2 or 3 days last week I kept getting kicked off while trying to place an order. Then when I tried to sign in again I kept getting access denied. My order had gone through without the changes I was trying to make. It's very frustrating. I see so many other computer related problems it really has made me decide not to order anthing else for Christmas. That will be a mess if something doen't get fixed!

Customers will only take so much. All of their apologies for over a year now & it seems to be getting worse! For a short time it seemed to be better. So, I'm with you. I have ordered four pair of name brand ankle boots on Amazon & used my Amazon rewards. I use my Amazon card for everything but small purchases. Why not, they give me cash to spend!
