Using Chrome and also cannot see Reviews.  Waiting to purchase a couple of items, so QVC,  please fix the issue.

I also cannot see the reviews (use an iPad) under these horrible website revisions, but discovered a trick. I can see the page numbers for the reviews. Click on page 2 or another. That takes you to the reviews. From there you can select Page1 to read all the reviews.


 

I can see the page numbers, too, but when I click on one of the pages I still can't see the reviews.  I'm on a MacBook Air using Safari.

Glad to see it's not just me who's experiencing this issue.  I've tried repeatedly to pull up reviews on both Mozilla Firefox as well as Google Chrome to no avail.  Sorry, Q.  No reviews, no deal.

Also getting the same nonsense running through chrome.  Running win10 on laptop & I could try through msn but why should anyone have to run from browser to browser just to read these reviews.  Yes, I find them important - many times for sizing comments and yes, I do click & look at garment specific sizing. It is just totally annoying and since QVC supposedly monitors these sites, you would have thought they might have caught on to the issue.  As for the new format, it just plain s--ks!  I do not want auto video and a whole horizontal column of items other customers have looked at right where the reviews & Q&A are supposed to be.   Apparently this has been happening for awhile but I have only experienced this in the last few days. Thank you for letting me vent.

Agree wishing well. I can't read reviews for anything either. That suggests to me that perhaps products are receiving poor reviews and QVC doesn't like it. 

 

I'm using Chrome. Don't suggest using IE because there is no IR for Apple computers.

jGalt this may work for you, but not for me. I click on Page 2 and it takes me to the same info and now I can click on Page 3. I click on Page 3 and then Page 4 shows up. NO REVIEWS ever show up. Come on QVC FIX THE PROBLEM or explain why you no longer will collect and show reviews.

 

To answer someone's question, "Do you read reviews?" Absolutely I read reviews. They're not always helpful but often they are. In some cases THOUGHTFUL reviews have encouraged me to try a product; in some cases THOUGHTFUL reviews have discouraged a purchase.
