It must be helping Q's bottom line. I also remember when they never hardly offered easy pays.

We use to get BD OR Christmas cards offering two EP and that would get me to buy some jewerly.

All these Ep are making people but more.

I am still paying off a $3000.00+ balance on my Q Card! My bad, I just kept ordering, mostly using easy-pay and now I'm paying for my irresponsibility!! Those EPs add up very quickly!😞

How much do you need to pay monthy to get ahead..???? This is very scary! Got  my new bill today and my last payment didn't make a dent!!!!! Smiley Sad

Re: QVC easy pay troubles

[ Edited ]

Can you go into your easy pay and pick one that you want to pay off completely and pay that off with your other easy pays?  Then next month do the same.  That might be a way to see your balance drop more quickly.  I know easy pay is too easy if we don't look at what we owe already.

Anyone else caught in the viscous cycle of easy pay debt? Never again am I going to order on easy pay. I got lost not realizing how many I had and climbing out of QVC debt. Anyone else?

@Kingcake   I keep a calendar with my checkbook.  If I order on easy pay, I write down what I ordered and write that amount on each month..   I mostly pay them off before they are due.   I hardly ever return anything but easy pay allows me to feel better at times to only have one payment out , till I would get a refund.  I personally like it that they give us the option.  Get a calendar and write everything down.  If you cannot keep track then don't use it and hopefully your using a ow interest credit card.  Good Luck.  .

Was easy to keep track online.  Was getting too time consuming keeping track everyday, so I paid it all in full.  My EP we're up to April 2020. Then I went into HSN and did the same.  Great feeling.

I have never understood the problem that some have with easy pay until I read through the replies on this post.  I use easy pay whenever I buy something. But I charge all of my purchases on the AMEX card and I pay if off every month. I purchased 2 items in July, one in August and one in October. What I see here is excessive shopping and buying causing the problem not easy pay. If some are caught up in owing thousands of $$ to QVC I would urge you to quit watching, quit searching on line and stop buying. Someone in my extended family got caught up in this in the 90's and she ended up in bankruptcy all over stuff that she did not need.

@emmysmom, I pay way over the minimum due each month but like yourself, right now it's not really making a dent. In a couple of months, when all my (many) easy pays get caught up, I'm really hoping to see things moving in a positive direction! It is scary and I am sooo trying to hold myself more accountable moving forward! Good luck to you and we'll have to be each other's support person from now on!!! LOL!! LOL!!

Ita! So happy you saw my post. This has me so depressed. I just want to get it paid and move on. I won't be using my Qcard anymore! I'm sure there are many others in the same boat! Woman Wink Yes...I agree about supporting each other..! Heart

Just an update. I paid all the easy pay nonsense off. I picked a few items each pay check and paid them off or down. Even 1-2 payments mean a lot. My checking acct was getting a surprise each week with a new charge. You have to look ahead of each charge and pay them before you get beaten. It took a bit of discipline not to order anything new. Now off to a few regular credit cards 😬
