@Shorty2U once the order ships you can go into your account and pay the easy pay balance in full.

@Spacrazy, nice to hear from you!! You are so disciplined! I let myself go crazy with several credit cards and now I look back and think "What the heck was I doing???" LOL! Well, one month at a time!! They'll get paid off eventually!! Hope you're saving a great day!!😀😀

@CalminHeart, I think easy pay is great! But not for me simply because I go way overboard with the purchasing, LOL, LOL!!!

I think I just hit on my New Year's Resolution....I am going to be much more careful and choosy with any credit card purchases!!! No more frivolous charging! Oh boy, this is going to be a tough one, though!!! 🎊😄

Thanx @hooked on books but there is nothing “disciplined” about me - I’m just old and worn out !  Hahaha

Just finally got tired of having to work to support my credit cards (and, lots of prayer).

Well, before we change this subject we’ve beaten to death I must tell you about the icing on my cake...  as I paid off each card I would put that same money aside until one day I went to the dealership and paid for my dream car in cash (not even realizing it was the first car I ever bought on my own).

We are still loving every mile we have together.

If anyone accidentally puts a purchase on Easy Pay, after the item is shipped, just go in a pay it in full.  The same for those who are stressed over paying something for 6 months.  Go in to the account and pay it in full whenever you want.

Easy Pay is interest free.

ANother trick...when you feel the urge to add another item to the easy pay debt pile, go onto QVC site and make a payment on your existing easy pays.

If you don't know how to find where they are listed, call  customer service.

You can make a payment any time you want. Feels good to knock off those Easy Pays and NOT add another one to the pile.

A strategy I use is to have EVERYTHING paid in full by Dec 31 of the year. I like to start fresh each year. I HATE to take money out of savings to do it, but it feels good to see all zeroes on January 1.

And, I too cut WWWAAAAYYYYYY back on "easy pay".

It's only easy pay when you put in your order.

Then it just becomes another debt hanging over your head each month, like all bills do.

And SIX easy pays?!?!??!? No thank you. Who wants to still be paying for this junk in June?

Of course, by June, Christmas in July will be starting again...so you need to be all paid up by then!!!

( And NO that's not an error.....Christmas in July actually DID start in JUNE this year!!!)

Maybe this year it'll start on Memorial Day..or...gasp...Easter!!!!!

Hey @hooked on books  just saw your post from a couple of days ago and as always it is nice to hear from you. This is the first chance I’ve had to log on and hopefully get caught up on anything I’ve missed.

On Tuesdays I help at our local food bank and of course this time of year is very busy. I couldn’t refuse to help yesterday with a shortage for help with Meals on Wheels so that’s where I’ve been.

It’s remarkable weather here (mid-70’s) so I’ve enjoyed being out and about but doesn’t feel like Christmas is just around the corner.

Hope you and yours are warm and happy and enjoying the season.

I use easy pay for computers and other higher-priced electronics partly bcause I don't want  $700+ charges on my credit card and I know I'm probably not going to pay it off next month.
