Is anyone else experiencing this issue? This has been a constant for the past few days. I tried all of the usual options of deleting, reloading of the app. etc. This is the only app. I have difficulty with on my Roku.

I just had a brief cable outage. I reset my modem.

I have had this issue with all the QVC stations for quite some time. HSN has been fine so far. I have the buffering issue or a message that I am not connected to the internet. I have had no problem with any other stations. Very annoying and I end up just turning QVC off almost everyday because once this buffering issue starts it makes it impossible to watch.

@Suneshine That can be so frustrating. I'm not having any problems.
Do you have a Roku stick? If so, have you tried disconnecting the stick from your TV, wait a minute, and reconnect?
That's all I can think of that you haven't already tried.

@Suneshine Buffering is usually a "slow internet" issue. But, since your issue is w/only 1 app, try the following if Caaareful Shopper's excellent suggestion does not work.......
Go into your smart TV & Roku settings. (If Roku on a dumb tv just go into its settings)
Delete/clean the apps cache.
If you delete the apps data, you will need to "sign-in" again.
Restart your TV after doing the above.

I'm sure he just goes to "system restart" which is what I do. It's the same as doing things like unplugging etc.
