UPS never charges me to print a label from a QRCode. I thought all ups followed the same policy but obviously not!

I'm very much surprised, I don't return anything through USPS, but I do return QVC items through UPS, and have never been charged. I see other customers while I'm there who have labels printed and they're never charge. 
They also give you a receipt with tracking of your items.

UPS is great, when I return home there's an email that my items have been shipped and within a day or so an email informing me it has been received. You'll never get that from the post office, they have to wait for someone from sure post to pick it up.
