Re: Packing slips/labels not needed

I for one miss the packing slip and return labels the way they used to do it. I think it was easier.

@San Antonio Gal

i am right there with you.....

i can print one out as needed OR i can use the QR CODE provided and go directly to UPS or USPS where they will print it out for me.

all of the information is online and easily accessible.

Re: Packing slips/labels not needed

I have no printer & don't want one. Don't want all the extra costs it entails - paper, ink, toner, repairs. Whenever I use QR codes its a major endeavor. Have to sign on to the stores email, email it to them 2 or 3 tines cause it never takes on first try, then, worst of all, HAVE to PAY $3.00 or MORE for them to print it!  So it becomes an even more expensive return than it already is!

Let QVC bear the cost of the paper & return!  Doing it the other ways, it costs me $13.00++ to return & try on which us why I've severely curtailed my purchases there.

Thank you. I don't have a printer. I don't order much or return, but want a slip.

Re: Packing slips/labels not needed

I stopped getting paperwork with my QVC items years ago.  I don't even get a packing slip.

I have a return, my first in many years.  I did the return online and printed out the label.  I just have to drop off the  package at a local car parts place.

Yes, QVC gave me a list of places I can drop off my  return.  The car part place is the closest.  I had to specify exactly where I will take the package.

This sounds weird, but I am going to try it

I want a packing slip and return label, so much easier.  I reconcile my bill with the packing slip.  Unless there is something I really want my purchases  will be less.  I don't have a printer and don't want one.  My New Year's resolution is to curtail my shopping at the Q due to this change and the fact nothing is tempting me anyway.  So far so good.  No purchases since last year for me.

I have two brand-new, never-used printers but I can't get them to work with my Samsung Tablet.  After hours of frustration, I gave up.

@Mom2Dogs. New procedure...on QVC get a QR code with your phone.  Take it and your package to USPS OR UPS, they scan the code, make your label and off it goes.  Takes about 10 seconds.

@Biftu  I'm with you. I use packing slips to reconcile credit card. If no slip, have to go online to my accounts at different places or look up email confirmations & it takes forever. Quicker to just have all packing slips together.

Also don't want a printer. Nothing but problems with them at places I've worked & the supplies are so expensive.
