@ID2. If everyone ex was happy with their weight they wouldn’t be on a diet or changing their eating habits. I know I always feel better when I am at my fighting weight because I feel I look and feel better physically and mentally

Yes she wears it well.....but why ALWAYS BLACK! Sheesh she's a beautiful blonde and she looks SO lovely when she breaks out of that box andf wears colors!!!!!...pastel, red, even white but Pat please stop with the all black all the time.

How do you know that?  Weight loss can be the result of many things and is certainly no one's business.

I hadn't noticed that Pat lost weight.  Saw about two minutes of the SG show this morning and Pat had on black wide leg pants and a red top.  I thought she looked pretty much the same.

I see nothing wrong with the original message, nor do I think it is insulting those who choose to be whatever size they wish. However, let’s be honest ladies, a nice lean body always looks better than having lumps, etc. I am a size 12 and need to lose about 20 pounds which becomes more difficult as we age 😔. I feel and look better thinner. My RA doesn’t act up as much and I have more stamina. Those who are at their correct weight and fitness have less medical issues and live longer. So maybe Leah and Pat realize this and want to feel and look better for THEMSELVES. So if you are a size 0 or 3X and you like how you look and feel that’s great. Apparently Pat and Leah felt they needed a change.

I think we all know it's healthier not to be carrying excess weight. I have an idea Pat and Leah lost the weight because of what they do for a living. No matter the reason, it was a good outcome for Leah, I really didn't notice that Pat lost weight though.

I absolutely love Pat’s hairstyle and color. She looks beautiful all the time and she is a great host.
