@KKJ  I hope anyone who has an order that doesn't arrive when it was supposed to, calls customer service and ask to be compensated. What's good for one should be good for all.

I think that the vendors are often responsible for sending out your purchases.  I had a long convo with a CSVC supervisor who explained many of the behind the scenes operations because I had issues with my own purchases, shipping  and payments. Not all the operations are carried out directly by QVC. .
