Does anybody know of a way to delete a review?

 

I had purchased a Diamonique Simulated Opal ring and upon receiving it I was so in love with it I left a review immediately giving it 5 stars.  I did not even have the ring for 3 weeks and the stone fell out, and since there was another review that was practically identical to my review, I feel I should be able to delete or edit my initial review to state how disappointed I was in this particular ring.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Time for you to part ways with QVC.  In 30 years of shopping, I haven't returned that many things the entire time.

Rule of thumb for me. I never buy jewelry online. I like to hold and examined and get it from a reputable local business or if I am in another state one that has been highly recommended.

Dear Sea,

 

The lightbulb has finally gone off for me and you are so right!  I'm ready to take my PO staff out to lunch we know eachother so well.  It happened again today. 

 

I'm too old for this.

I wish I did.  Another person said if we wait a few weeks we can write another review.  It doesn't work as our original review comes up.

 

Please let me know if you find out how to do it.

If I could get what I wanted we both would be happy.  I write reviews for others on everything I purchase so we won't waste our money. Thanks to everyone who does the same for me!

 

 


I hope you didn't have to pay shipping to return all these items? When CS pays for return shipping, do they refund the original charge for shipping to you?

Hello Shanus,

 

I admit that I have purchased so many things in the last 3 months and I have not checked my statement for return charges.

 

The jewelry returns that I pay "up front" because they take 4+ weeks to show up from Sparks Nevada hub.

 

I am overwhelmed by all the necessary returns and have not done my best with my statement.  Some returns are completly refunded by QVC.

Since it does appear that the reviews are being manipulated, this might not work.

You could call CS and ask for them to remove the first review and fix the system so you could then submit abpn updated review. (?)

 

Amazon is also manipulated, but the reviews are actually being manipulated more by the individual manufacturers in the form of "paid reviews."

I would have stopped shopping there, after the 3rd return. Why wait until 10? I am sure you will get the letter. (I don't blame them)
