I always order on line never by phone but today notice when I put item in cart the 'Checkout' box is not showing only speedbuy box. Is this how it is to be now? Not sure how to order.
Never used speedbuy if I hit this I assume it omits preference of how to pay? Goes straight to c,card? Or has it been changed and no checkout box now? Thank you.

What's Speed Buy?
Speed Buy automatically uses the current data on your account: name, bill-to address, and QCard or your last payment method.

So.... Has the checkout box been taken off the order form so that we can only order with speed buy now? or has it just disappeared from my computer? Thank you.

@dulwich If you use Speed buy, just be sure before you click that to check off the box that allows you to review your order before you buy. That way, you can edit your order (such as change from EZ pays which is the default or change your payment method.
If you check off to review your order, you haven't yet placed the order and can make changes to it. Then you'll have to be sure to hit submit order.
FYI - I do see the step by step ordering option and not just speed buy when I order. Perhaps it depends on your browser (I use Firefox when ordering on Q) or the device you are using to order online?

Are you using an IPad by chance? There have been some issues where only speed buy is available during check out. This is a glitch and we are certainly NOT removing step by step ordering. And it appears to only occur on IPads. So if you are not using an IPad please let me know...

When you check out using 'speed buy', you will see a box you can check,(right above where you enter your password), which will show your order and offer the selection to change your method of payment and select or reject ezpay.

I think these answers are not answering your question and are not understanding what you are saying. I still get the "Checkout" box so there must be something amiss with the system. As the last mod said, are you using an ipad?

In case it helps... although some iPad users are reporting this, not all are. There are a couple of threads about this in "Customer Care."
I tested the order process with the Safari browser on my iPad 3 (iOS 9.3.5) and iPad 6 (iOS 11.4.1), and I do have the option to use the full check-out process or the speed buy.
Also tested it with my iMac (macOS 10.13.6) using the Chrome browser (v. 68.0.3440.106) and I do have both buying options with this.

Thank you all for such great help. As long as I can review order using speed buy that will work as at the moment I need to use my CA address we are in process of moving - and sometimes easy pay.
I just assumed if you hit speedbuy that was it - no chance to review.
Yes I am using iPad so I guess this speedbuy is now my norm!
