Don’t know what is up with qvcs shipping lately. Today I received a shirt and dress I didn’t order. Glad I got what I did order. But the other day I received a pair of pants instead of the shirt I ordered. This has never happened to me before

I haven't received anyone elses order at least not yet but shipping is crazy ! I placed a order from HSN on 6/11 it was received for processing by UPS on 6/13 and there was no updates after that. I was starting to get concerned and call CS but on 6/18 the package was delivered by USPS. There were no updates on shipping from UPS or USPS. The box looked like it had been thrown around because it was dented in so go figure !  At least I got it

  A couple of weeks ago, QVC sent a gown to me. They attached a letter on it stating that after researching the gown,they decided it was bought somewhere else.

When I called customer service telling them I have no idea who sent them the gown but 

it never came from me,and I was sending it back to them. The representative told me to throw it out. He also told me that there are a lot of problems with shipping. 

I did send the gown back  to QVC .

I received an order of 3 tops in error, and the slip had the correct person's name and address on it. I graciously sent it to that person on my own with a note, paid for the postage, instead of sending them back to QVC, and then having them send it out to her. Stupid me thought I'd get a thank you. Oh well, I'll just look at it as paying it forward. Hope she likes her shirts.

I've received duplicates!

 

The first time was a swimsuit.  Ordered one, got two - same box, side-by-side. Like who would order two of the same thingWoman Frustrated.  The order I put through showed when I checked my order status; days later another order showed up!

 

Now, haven't received the items yet, but I ordered two pairs of jammies on one order.  Again, days later another one popped up but this time it was only one pair.  So again, I will have to make a return.  

 

Both times I notified Customer Service and each time they were unable to correct it.

That's what has been happening to me, duplicate orders!

 

It's always the same things that I ordered, but sometimes the size is different on the duplicate order.

 

Either way, I don't appreciate having to do QVC's job!

 

And I certainly don't want 2 of the same items!

 

QVC's inventory control must be totally out of whack!

 

Like everything else Q is doing these days, LOL!

This has happened to me twice before --- both were kim gravel items.  I did order something but received a completely different item....not even close.  So odd.
