This happened to me today for the second time in three months. It doesn't matter how often it happens just that it does. There is nothing worse than ordering something and then receive a totally different item. How hard can that be ??? That's one of the major issues why I don't shop as often as I used to. They can offer any number of media options to shop and view QVC, if the main reason for shopping on this site is flawed then why not shop someplace that you trust. NO Quality, NO Value and No Convenience.

Nothing last forever...I'm done!.
