Good grief....people sure are touchy today.

I meant nothing ugly with what I posted and said that "was just me".

Get off the high horses.....

We can appreciate a good looking man, or at least I do.  So, we can also appreciate a good looking woman IMO.

A good personality can make someone maybe not so attractive to us become more attractive and a bad personality can take away from someone's perceived attractivness.  But, I think we all on some level have an immediate response to a person's outward appearance.  It's not something we can control and it'll be different for everyone.

I saw her presenting a jacket or something a few weeks ago and she mentioned she lost 40 lbs which was why she was now a medium.

She didn't go on about it; just mentioned it.

I've always liked Kim Gravel and I know she's struggled with her weight. When I came across her YouTube/podcast regarding how she did it, I tuned in. Sorry to say, I'm not so much a fan of hers anymore.

I have no problem with people making a living selling stuff. I have no problem with how a person chooses to lose weight- no one way is better than another because the end result is losing the weight and being healthier. However, to claim it was a sentence that suddenly came to you and that was ALL you needed to do and the weight dropped off . WOW!  But then, via VERY skilled marketing techniques woven into her podcast/YouTube video, you discover she uses a weight loss program with packaged meals that are delivered to her/you and is now a paid sponsor of the plan.

2 podcasts/YouTube videos to find this out. Go to XYZ site, spend roughly $200 a week and YOU TOO can lose weight like me without ANY issue.

Ok. Right. Another hustle. Geez Kim, could you have said how you lost weight up front and honestly? Done with ya.

Ugh.  This "everyone is perfect" saying has been overdone.  Yes, we're all wonderful people in our own way but it's perfectly FINE to say someone looks beautiful after losing weight.  Losing weight is an accomplishment.  Way to go, Kim!!

Losing weight is also a BIG plus for better health!  Ask any medical person!!!  Good for those who do fight this weight battle.  And yes, Kim looks even better now!!

@FiddleDeeDee

I heard Kim say she cut sugar, and that's how she did it. But I believe you about her meal kit sponsorship.

As someone who's struggled with an ED since high school, I approach these threads with trepidation. My former assistant exhibited ED behaviors and symptoms (I am not diagnosing as that's not for me to do). She was very very thin (balding, rituals around meals) and there was a group of ladies who used to tell her how nice and thin she was. I finally had to have a talk with them. They had no idea and were horrified they might have triggered her.

All this to say, skinny isn't always healthy.
