I wonder why I keep getting the run around on an order placed on 5/4. It was suppose to arrive on 5/13 then an email was sent stating edd would be 5/16. Today is 5/14, it is still in process. I keep having a live chat online and I am told I can return when I get it for a full refund. Also, shipping will be faster in the future.
I have decided not to shop with them. It is frustrating and deceptive to not allow a customer to cancel and keep them in limbo. I am tired of all the fake excuses --- I don't want excuses, I want my merchandise.
I ordered from Macy's on 5/13 and I will be receiving on 5/16. What a pleasure to shop with them. I never pay shipping because I am a platinum member plus I get Star Rewards.

Apologize for misunderstanding. Agree with you. You're right. One would think a moderator would mention it whenever the subject is brought up. QVC could say something on the website or a blurb on TV to let everyone know. I wonder if QVC fears shoppers will shop elsewhere if they post packages will be delayed, but not telling them, they're angry enough to shop elsewhere. Of, course, we know the best thing to do is to tell customers what's going on.
