I filed a complaint and they are closed today, but she took all my information and they will get back to me.   THe girl said she got no complaints from anyone else.  I told her about all the complaints here on the boards and she seemed concerned.  I should hear somethingby Monday.   I will post as soon as I do.

I also sent a message on their website on thanksgiving day, but I haven't heard anything myself, I figured I wouldn't hear anything before Monday, please keep us posted and thanks for the info!

QVC has sent emails to say the shipments will be delayed.

I never got any emails and I have 3 different Russell Stover  items that were  to be shipped on the 9th.

I will go to my Walgreens who usually has Russell Stover on sale this time of year.  They have buy one get one free and I do not have to pay S& H nor wait for delivery.  Easy. QVC is too dicey on its delivery.

No clue on when the TSV character tins will ship. I've called QVC multiple times and get different answers to shipping status. I got a call today from QVC for a shipment update on a Russell Stover Advent calendar which I didn't even order.

It's November 30th and I had chosen the November 9th ship date for the character tins and chocolate (3 sets); still not shipped....so much for getting these so I could do early mailing to various people for holiday gifts.
