Items presented during today’s Hello Fall program are ridiculously overpriced!

@JillieBean   I thought the VPH 2 glass cutting boards one fall one winter with wooden tray for $29 was a great price

It’s not overpriced because it’s more than you want to spend.

@JillieBean   I happen to agree with you.  I had some free time this afternoon and looked at pumpkins and other fall decor online to compare prices.

I found some pretty impressive things for less than $20. Just as nice and some even better than what QVC was offering.

I understand that not everyone has time to browse, or even check prices, so they don't bother.

That's okay by me.  They are spending their own money and not mine.

Honestly, I have no need for any more seasonal decor.  I have some to get rid of.  But sometimes I like to look.

Most of what is shown can be found at much lower prices at JoAnn's, Michael's, and Hobby Lobby.  I have all 3 within spitting distance of my house and while I no longer decorate, when I go into those stores, I see all the same items.  If they are not exactly the same, they are pretty darn close...all made in the same Chinese factories.

Some of the stuff looks like Dollar Store merchandise.  Some of the stuff you can make very easily on your own.  Just my opinion.

I always enjoy the Fall shows since Fall is my time of the year.  It is uplifting to see new items and while the prices are high, I do find a few things I can afford.  I just like watching something light and for me happy!

Fall is my hands down favorite time of the year too and like you, watching Fall shows make me very happy!

🎃  Every item in the VPH collection is listed as "imported." She's getting these items for a song, and the markup is astronomical.

I thought the TSV of two lighted pumpkins marked down from $97.00 to $79.98 was very high.

They have many things very similar at HomeGoods and TJ Maxx for far less.

Of course, if someone wants to spend their money on something, go for it but it is helpful to know there are other options available.
