I don't think the Q is trying to compete with the Dollar stores, Hobby Lobby, etc.   A lot of folks don't have these stores available close to them.  Yes, you can shop online at these stores, but you can't see their products closely on telvision like you can at QVC.

Home Goods is wonderful for all decor ! Fraction of the cost and even looks like Pottery Barn items . Only place my daughter and I shop! I do look at the QVC on line but always know I can get it cheaper someplace else.

Three "Hosts" to sell a ladder??.  No wonder their prices are going so high besides all the other reasons.

How does having 3 hosts increase an item's price.  I've never understood that oft-repeated notion.  The hosts are already on the payroll.   Paid whether they sit at home or show up on set.  No hourly punch in wage for them!

Might as well put them to work.  They could have 5 or 6 at a time with no impact.
