Easy returns worked fine for me last year. I guess the after Christmas returns may have snowballed and they are behind in processing.

I want to know as well if they stopped easy returns? I emailed them almost two weeks now and haven't heard anything back. That was a nice feature they provided.

@RescueLover Good to know thanks. I did send a second email a few days ago we will see what happens. I sent the package back the same day. It looks like Q received it.

Wow good for you. I returned a ring the middle of December last year and yesterday I received a notice from QVC that are have credited my account. I couldn't even remember what it was and had to go back through my orders to see what they were crediting. So I think they are sitting on returns to use your money as long as they can. New technique to stay in business.
