Easy returns worked fine for me last year.  I guess the after Christmas returns may have snowballed and they are behind in processing.

I want to know as well if they stopped easy returns?  I emailed them almost two weeks now and haven't heard anything back.  That was a nice feature they provided.

@Pecky I just used it Saturday and got my refund in the normal 4 days. I email them then then depending on the time of day send the pkg back the same day or next day. Just go to your sent items and resend just in case the system missed your first email. Hope this helps. 🤗

@RescueLover Good to know thanks.  I did send a second email a few days ago we will see what happens. I sent the package back the same day.  It looks like Q received it.

Wow good for you.  I returned a ring the middle of December last year and yesterday I received a notice from QVC that are have credited my account.  I couldn't even remember what it was and had to go back through my orders to see what they were crediting.  So I think they are sitting on returns to use your money as long as they can.  New technique to stay in business.
