Have used QVC Easy Returns many times in the past.
A few days to get a response, but always get a refund soon.
It's been a few months, but I am using it again.
SURPRISE:
No longer an EASY RETURNS BANNER on the top of a page?
Went to the bottoms of the Q page and couldn't find Easy Returns under any of the "Returns" info.
Wondering if they are discontinuing it?
Any RECENT experiences?
Is it BURIED somewhere else??

I used it a couple of weeks ago. The response time was a few days, but it worked fine for me. I just sent an email to: QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com and in the subject line put QVC RETURN.

I have all the necessary info for Easy Returns and will use it today, but WHY CAN'T I FIND IT ANYWHERE. Hmmmm . . .

I'm wondering the same thing. I used Easy Returns twice in the last few weeks. I emailed again after not hearing back after a week of waiting. I usually get a response in a day or two. They did respond and refunded after the second email. I still have not gotten a response for the other return. I'm really disappointed because the process worked so well until now.

I don't know! Maybe they are just not advertising it any longer. I failed to mention, just make sure to note the order number, item, reason for return and if you want a refund, etc. Also, you must use the QVC return label. I hope it works well for you, as I've used it several times and it is convenient!

@1Professor I had been using easy returns all through the fall and into early Jan. It was several weeks since I used it and made a return on Feb. 12 th. I sent my usual email (I always give all information in the email) and have not heard anything back yet.
I also have always heard back within a day or two. It's only been 4 days but I needed to call customer service last night for a different issue and I happened to ask about returns. I didn't ask if easy returns was still a thing as I assumed that it was.
When I do an easy return email I just start with Q and their easy return address pops up. I realize of course it's my computer that has stored the address but I never gave it a second thought.
So I asked customer service last night if they were having issues with returns. She said that yes, returns were backed up right now. She didn't say why. If I don't hear back in a few days I will send another email.
Oh, and another thing that I do when I ship a return back....I take a picture of the package with the return tracking number (I will add a little note as to what it is) because once I got an email from QVC asking if I knew the tracking number of a return. I was afraid they weren't going to give me my refund if there was a problem but it all worked out.

Your information is shining some light on the now-disappearing-invitation-to-use-EasyPay!
As a former criminal defense attorney (before university professor) I wonder if there's a problem with people claiming they returned something (then never doing it or doing it wrong), yet they were given a REFUND.
