Re: HOW MANY SALES HAS QVC LOST

The free shipping for new customers doesn't bother me, good for them. I take advance of As Is, Blowouts, Clearance, Lunchtime Specials & pay  attention for price reductions on the items I purchased...in Sept several of the blouses I bought went on clearance & I got a $87.00 refund, this month the Luminara I bought became Lunchtime Specials & I got a $38.00 refund so no complaints from me. I always comparison shop & include the Q website.

How many orders from new customers have they taken?

That's what I'd be curious about.  Have the new customers ordered anything and will they continue to do so?  Just because they get "x" number of new customers does not equate to a lot of sales.

Re: HOW MANY SALES HAS QVC LOST

All I know is that they sent out a little catalog on QVC for the Holidays. Same old stuff from the last 20 years. And they want us to donate money for another charity. After rewarding new customers and not loyal customers I am declining to help them out.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

Yes

@Pearlee   Figures you would say that Pearlee since you have been a not so nice poster to me for years.  Carry On

Please don't tell posters what to post. Keep on posting, @BalletBabe.

@santorini   Thank you!!!   Trust me I don't listen to these people.  If they don't like my posts they should not open them!  I can't be the only one that stopped buying.  New Customers they may have gotten, BUT will they stay??  My bet is no

Broken record. Perhaps seek some support to learn to live with this as it seems like an unhealthy obsession. Had they given new customers free shipping without telling everyone, you would not be affected. Period. 5th post or so about this is not going to change anything.

@Love my grandkids   Seriously you don't understand the difference between being ticked off and obsessed.  Please google it.

BalletBabe for some posters to accuse you of being obsessed they sure do keep count of every thread and post you make. Talk about obsession. "Every move you make, I'll be watching you".
