I would have spent about 300.00 if it wasn't for the free shipping for NEW CUSTOMERS.   Am I alone?

I buy so little from QVC that it doesn't matter.  I did sign up my DH, who has never and would never buy anything from here, so if I did find something to buy by the end of January I would just use his account.  But that is highly unlikely.

Broken record. Perhaps seek some support to learn to live with this as it seems like an unhealthy obsession. Had they given new customers free shipping without telling everyone, you would not be affected. Period. 5th post or so about this is not going to change anything.

Well, I tried. However, I only purchased the Clearance items and received free shipping since I spent over $75. I did buy a Christmas gift and used a 20% off coupon so, although I did pay $5.50 shipping, I saved $8 with the discount, and Amazon had the same item for $20 more. With that said, I will browse right on by items I normally may be interested, if I can't get free shipping. I then go straight to HSN if I am looking to purchase something. 

I can't really say how much I would have spent but I am sure I would have purchased more, paricularly at this time of year.

@BalletBabe You're a broken record with your constant posts about this. Maybe divert yourself with something else. You sound obsessed with this and that's just not healthy.
