I check the schedule.  It tells you what is on and when.  That way you don't have to watch what you aren't interested in.

I totally agree.  Using this weekend as an example, I tuned in early yesterday morning for a brief viewing of AM Style (it was less than an hour); and today I only clicked into David's Ktchen during breaks in the Ryder Cup and the NFL game I was watching.  Ironically, I did indeed place an order from the ITKWD featured products.

I do not watch as much. I buy but not as much. It gives me extra money to purchase other things. Will always do quick checks to see what is on. I do like easy pay. My husband will never understand why. I say ez pay is for me!!! He just shakes his head.

Re: Getting sick of watching QVC

You can only get sick of watching QVC if you intentionally choose to watch it.  You are not being forced to do so.  There are plenty of other channels to watch, and plenty of productive activities to do.

I understand that it gets repetitive, but QVC is not programming for you (individually).  They reach 100,000,000 homes in multiple time zones with people constantly turning in (and turning out).  As a result, they repeat products to maximize sales.

While it may seem boring ot us, if they can put a mattress or a Dyson, or a Vitamix on and sell tens of thousands of these productsi in a single day, they will (of course) continue to do so until the sales fall off.

There is a little square thing that usually comes with any TV, called a tuner. I am sure there is a channel changer on yours. AND it's really not hard to work!

Yet with all those households something must be happening with QVC customers to be causing sales declines.......

Re: Getting sick of watching QVC

Unless I catch a show that I'm deeply interested in, I do tend to keep QVC on solely as background noise but I have been changing the channel more and more lately.

In recent years even it's been harder to even just have on as background noise due to their amped up and crazed sales tactics. :/

@QVCkitty1

Oh goodness, you seem upset. It didn't take long at all, I don't get why people just don't turn the channel, perhaps you can enlighten us all!
