I agree with @Lainie and @Johnnyeager , post about it all you like. However, the only way it will make a difference is financially. To make a point, they need to see a drastic decline in purchases by current customers for them to realize their mistake. 

In time we will see how this offer really affects them.

I think QVC should listen.  Although it is very nice to offer free shipping to new customers, it does not sit well with loyal customers.  Speak through your pocketbook...buy less....or wait until they have free shipping days for everyone.

 I had a similar experience years ago at a bank.  I was a long time customer.  The bank was offering a great interest rate on CD's for $xxxxx. I went in to open a CD and was told it was for "new" customers only.  I said...really?  Well, then I will withdraw that money from your bank and take it elsewhere.  I did.  They probably didn't care but I felt better about it...maybe they got a message.

Are others getting pop ups on free shipping now? For the first time this evening a large notice arises when I enter website for free shipping. Initially because new experience I for a moment thought is someone listening? Then I read in smaller print for new people only. Then closing it another pop it at the bottom of the page to click for free shipping. The God and Goddesses must be getting a good laugh at those of us not very happy as more marketing has been created. Good lesson to practice detachment

Just remember, the more you keep buying, the more the Q is laughing all the way to the bank. The way to have your opinions make a real difference is to stop buying!!

A sister company, HSN, is now offering free shipping when you spend $75.... very easy to spend that. 

So often when I purchase clothes, they all ship together in 1 box, but I'm charged multiple shipping fees. Even when I buy multiple colors of something. 

And when they offer Free shipping, it's NEVER on days with a lot of fashion...like Mondays or Fridays. WHY IS THAT QVC???

In today's world, QVC should certainly be willing to make a change. So many sites have free shipping now, or doing something like HSN. 

I SAY QVC SHOULD CARE. I AM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER THAT HAS SPENT A FORTUNE ON THIS SITE.

No, I won't stop buying from the Q. When I see something I like I order and will continue to do so. No one is forcing people to shop here. If people are so unhappy with QVC there are plenty of other places to shop.

I see now, when I log onto the QVC site, I get a pop-up box telling me about the free shipping for new customers only.

And then I got a pop-up in the lower left-hand corner, just in case I missed the big box at the start!

And I was just thinking that they'd finally come up with the "great things" that are coming for longtime customers.  Isn't that what they said???

I thought when I initially saw it, well ok, they are giving everyone free shipping now and then realized reading the smaller print it was still for the newcomer. Just a new pop up experience for me and yes then the smaller pop up arose at bottom left. Each time I tried to close larger message out  it popped back up. Lol...
