There is still something going on with the video playback feature on items, because for the first time in a long time, I wanted to watch a QVC item video on my Samsung phone's Chrome browser. Due to some glitch, I found that there was simply no way to access the "unmute" icon so that I could hear the audio.

We should not have to leave our already-opened browser to open an additional "app" in order to properly view this website.

I'm sorry to post yet another negative when OP didn't want that, but the way I feel about this situation is that all the lingering issues should be fixed before additional improvements are implemented. It's so frustrating. No wonder it's been so long since I tried to view a video...

@wildcat fan ~ I have mine set to always list the oldest posts first, so the OP's will always be first and at the top of the page. The newest posts are at the bottom, which is how I like it. When you open the forums and are on the list of topics, you can choose to read a thread by clicking on only your un-read posts, so you don't have to scroll thru the entire list of posts to get to the ones you have not read.

Also, you can permanently turn off the videos by clicking one box. Videos do not run automatically for me - they don't start unless I click on the "run video" arrow thingie.

Some of the complaints above can be changed by you, the posters.

I would like to be able to click on any vendor and be able to see their next show time.

I agree, @Day1128. More up to date tracking info would be nice. But even without that, it would also be so helpful to get to it with a single click from the order summary page, instgead of having to open the order each time.
