I have to say I was very pleased with the way customer service handled a last minute problem I had with an item. The item was to be a Christmas gift and while wrapping and installing batteries (in a Luminara Lantern) I noticed the door of the lantern was not closing properly and the remote was missing from the box. When I called, 4 days before Christmas, they graciously express shipped me a new one and it arrived in time for Christmas. It actually came overnight! Now that is good service! Thank you QVC for the way in which I was treated and this problem was fixed!

I have always been satisfied with Customer Service. My problems have been handled quickly and efficiently. If a business does not have a good Customer Service, they may as well fold up the tent....
