I am so used to it taking forever to get a refund...i was so pleasantly suprised to 

 

get an ematil that my refund is being processed

 

I just sent my purchase back on Monday!!!

 

Maybe things are getting  better?

My refunds are so slow, it takes MONTHS IIf I do t call customer service for a refund.

refunds in under a week......even BEFORE QVC receives your item back.

I use the Easy Returns service and it's been AWESOME! Grateful that Q set this up - refunds are issued before I even send the items back

The exact same thing happened to me.  I returned as usual just by using the Q return label and dropping at the post office.  I did not use the Easy Return option.

 

Mailed Monday, got credited yesterday (Thursday).  I didn't quite believe it so I checked my order status just to make sure it was legitimate!😆

The same happened to me.  Brought my package to the post office on Monday. Recieved the email today.

Yes it's getting better - hope it continues.

 

I did a post yesterday - got a refund yesterday on a package I mailed Tuesday.

 

Amazing and delightful!

PLEASE!

 

QVC started the EZ return system MONTHS ago!

 

You send an email w/ your info....return?  exchange?

 

You get CREDIT within a couple days!

 

It does NOT have to take months any more like it used to.

 

USE the EZ returns.

I used EZ Returns the first week of August. Nothing..... I don't go investigating. I know one day it will come through, and it will come as a surprise to me.
