Re: Easy pay vs pay in full problem

I thought all banks issued debit cards for anyone with checking accounts so why wouldn't she use her debit card.  You can pay off easy pay with the options available online  but not a check.

Re: Easy pay vs pay in full problem

I have never used a check to buy from QVC but on each item of 'easy pay' there is an option to 'pay' which I have done and never had a problem.   Things are bound to happen though but CS will always help  to resolve problems or have for me.

@Vera W  I hope you get this taken care of to everyone's satisfaction.  I know these things can be very frustrating to deal with.

Re: Easy pay vs pay in full problem

Years ago that happened to me with HSN card, I paid my bill in full, meaning all the remaining flexpays, they sent me a refund saying I had over paid!!

Took forever to straighten out.

My sister and I have been at QVC for many years and something strange is happening.  My sister bought some items and put them on easy pay.  She decided to pay the easy pay balance in full, but it was not recorded by QVC, they cashed her check but didn't use the money they cashed.  It seems once you choose easy pay, you can't pay it off, but they took her money with no explanation.  There is something fishy going on.  Anyone wanting to pay off an easy pay balance will lose their money or have trouble with customer service.  Anyone else have this problem?  I would appreciate some insight.

Why isn't she  using a card to make payments?    Who still uses checks?     She needs to update her accounting methods!

I still use checks for most of my bills...

Re: Easy pay vs pay in full problem

Debit cards are not automatically issued with. a checking account. My Mom uses checks, and she has made it in this world. 82 years. Not everyone uses cards. It does not mean they are ignorant.

Re: Easy pay vs pay in full problem

We use the Q card for purchases and then the statement comes and we pay the statement with checks, nothing wrong with using checks, we pay every type of statement with checks, or automatic payments.  I was just inquiring about our problem and asking for feedback, that's all.   Thanks to everyone for their insight.

Re: Easy pay vs pay in full problem

I posted for the first time to get insight from others.  And yes we did contact customer service and the representative was extremely uncooperative and would not help the situation.  That's why I wrote here on the forum, so excuse me for posting.
