When I pay shipping I expect that item to either be delivered to my door or to my mailbox. Suddenly in April UPS has started delivering to a third party site that I never signed up for which means I have to pay for gasoline and other auto operating costs to drive there to pick up. If UPS is no longer delivering to door in my area then pass those Q packages to the USPS so I receive from my mail carrier. When I contacted UPS was told issues need to be handled by the shipper. This change in policy is making me think two or three times before placing an order. In addition, anything over a certain weight that I have to handle is now off my radar screen. If I have to drive to a UPS pickup point then I might as well just drive to a local store and purchase.
